Brand GCOM – this equipment is a decent quality for a reasonable price. But even getting the highest quality equipment, a number of issues may arise with customers.

In order to be as quickly as possible to answer questions and find solutions to unexpected situations, we draw your attention to a simple and convenient solution for customer support – Help Desk!

This system is absolutely free, but requires mandatory authorization. Thanks to the Help Desk, you can solve the issue or even the problem as soon as possible. All customers registered in the system can observe the issue in their own office.

For each application, specialists manually register applications, except when customers fill out the feedback form on their own.

We also draw your attention that we accept calls and inquiries from customers during working days, from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00. In the case, if your question was directed during the weekend, Technical Support Engineer will process your application during business hours.

Replacement Fund

For the period of repair, the Service Center may be provided with a similar model of equipment for use.

In the situation when the Service Center cannot provide a similar model of equipment for temporary use to the client (due to the absence of the Swap Fund, or for some other reason), the client is provided with a similar model – but only if the equipment functionally corresponds to the model, which is under repair.
