S5650-28SM является коммутатором с высокой плотностью портов и всем необходимым набором функций уровня L3.
Коммутатор GCOM S5650-28SM имеет на борту 12*10/100/1000Base-X, 12*GE Combo( поддержка 100/1000BaseX SFP или 100/1000BaseT) портов для организации аплинков, а также поддерживает 2*10GE слота.
Поддерживает стекирование и весь необходимый набор функций для организации качественного сервиса, а так же функцию диагностики кабеля, DDM и защиту от статики. GCOM S5650-28SM использует высокопроизводительный процессор для обеспечения максимальной скорости пересылки и создания линий для NGBN (New Generation Backbone Network), имеет широкие возможности ACL, привязки IP + MAC + port и многое другое.
